Before attending a Fusion LAN Gaming event, you must read and understand the following rules:
REFUSAL OF SERVICE: FLG reserves the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency or organization at any time, for any reason whatsoever. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse service to, and to terminate the accounts, password or access of any visitor, for any reason in our sole discretion.
NO CHEATING: If you are caught cheating, i.e., using unauthorized scripts, configurations or other types of cheats, you will be evicted from the Fusion LAN Gaming event and banned from all future Fusion LAN Gaming events. Your name will be posted on every LAN party message board from California to New York stating that you were caught cheating.
FINAL SAY: Fusion LAN Gaming (FLG) hosts have the final say in the goings on of any FLG event. FLG can change rules at any time, without notice. FLG is allowing the guests to use their resources, and because of this, the guests need to follow FLG’s rules or get kicked out/not invited to the next LAN party.
MANNERS: The guests of FLG events need to be considerate of others around them. FLG hosts LAN parties so that everyone can have a good time. To ensure that everyone has a good time, people need to be aware of those around them and act somewhat civil Doing things that may scare off friendlies, newbies and the curious is not allowed. Everyone is welcome here.
YOUR EQUIPMENT: Hardware that is brought to an FLG event is done so at your own risk! FLG is not responsible for loss or damage to any equipment. This has never been an issue in the past, but we need to make our guests aware that their equipment is their responsibility. Don't mess with anyone's equipment or belongings unless they ask you to. If you are caught stealing, you will be evicted from the Fusion LAN Gaming LAN party, and banned from all future Fusion LAN Gaming events.
ILLEGAL STUFF: Don’t bring illegal stuff (guns, drugs, hookers) to our events or into our facility. Common sense item #1. A no brainer.
OPERATION: Before you bring a PC to a LAN Party, please make sure your network card is functioning properly. The card should be set to obtain an IP address automatically. If you are having any network connectivity issues, please find a member of the FLG Staff and ask for assistance. We are here to help.
FOOD AND DRINK: Typically we do not provide food for our events, so it is in your best interest if you plan ahead for food and beverage - bring it or bring money to buy it. If there are any restrictions and/or changes, we will make sure that it’s very clear prior to the event.
ALCOHOL: It is not uncommon for adult beverages to be at FLG events. However, if a guest wishes to drink, they need to be of age and they need to be able to prove it! Guests assume responsibility for their own actions when they choose to drink and if they get plastered then it's their own fault. When a guest becomes belligerent, it becomes OUR problem, and we will deal with it accordingly. Also, If you are 21 or older, and would like to bring adult beverages for yourself, that's cool. But FLG reserves the right to ask for ID with any person attending the LAN who's age might be in question. Bottom line- if you are under 21 - you may NOT drink alcohol at an FLG event.
PROFANITY: In such a competitive environment, it is inevitable that there will be some ‘big-people’ words thrown around. This is part of LAN gaming, but if you are offended, or are bringing a younger gamer with you, we will make every effort possible to seat you in a ‘less brash’ area.
PORNOGRAPHY: Pornography is NOT allowed to be viewed and/or displayed at FLG events, PERIOD. If you want to leech porn from others, feel free, but this is not the venue for viewing this material. Offenders will be warned once, and evicted if caught a second time. Minors are strictly prohibited from viewing, displaying or possessing pornography. If caught doing so, you WILL be ejected, no questions asked.
NETWORK GAMING: This is why we are here -- to congregate and kick some butt in high-tempered multiplayer gaming! You may win, you may get your butt kicked seven ways to Sunday, but that does not grant you an excuse to act like an asshole if things aren't going your way. Bottom line: Have fun and quit whining.
FILE SHARING: File Sharing is permitted, but Fusion LAN Gaming is NOT responsible for illegal software sharing. Remember, DON’T DO IT IF IT’S ILLEGAL! We are here to provide a common ground for gaming. We are NOT babysitters. If you don’t want someone poking around in your system, then don’t share your files. If you DO have shared files/folders, please keep in mind that your gaming performance may be affected.

CLEANUP/TERMINATION OF LAN PARTY: When the LAN Party is over, the hosts of FLG usually take care of the cleanup. After all, we are the hosts, and feel that is our responsibility. However, if you would like to stay and help out for a few minutes after the event, we will not object!
LAN parties have been a wonderful way of kicking it and having fun ever since people first started doing home networks. With this in mind, this rule set was created so that everyone that has a LAN party or that everyone that attends one of these events knows what they can expect. Please note, these rules are not meant to take the fun out of LAN parties nor are they intended to make people not want to come to our events. We will eject anyone that doesn’t follow the rules. If you are ejected, for breaking the rules then no money will be refunded, you will not pass go, and your tournament scores will be stricken from the record. Oh and we'll do our best to humiliate you in front of everybody.
Registrant acknowledges and confirms receipt of good and valuable consideration in exchange for Registrant’s agreement to all terms and provisions hereof.
For registrants under the age of 18: a parent must sign this form. If you are under the age of 13, you MUST be accompanied by an adult while at the event, unless an agreement is reached with your parents and the appropriate member of the Fusion LAN Gaming staff. Parents agree that the above terms and conditions, and waiver of liability shall apply to any minor that the parent is responsible for that attends the event.
